Hugging this character: Go right ahead. He's an awkward hugger but isn't actually against it in theory.
Kissing this character: If you thought he was awkward when he was hugged... seriously, though, I'm open to romance with Andrei! He's a single, lonely ex-con in thrift store chic who lives in a shitty single room in the worst part of town, so the ladies are not exactly beating down his door, but anything can happen.
Flirting with this character: See above. Go for it! He will almost certainly flirt back; he has a sort of old-fashioned courtly over-the-top style of flirtation that he uses on anyone and everyone, and mostly doesn't mean.
Fighting with this character: Absolutely. He's not formally combat-trained, but he's been living a rough life since he was very young, so he's a scrappy, dirty fighter when cornered. He also tends to use his electrical powers like a taser to down anyone who goes hand-to-hand with him.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): You don't need to ask permission before trying for anything that will be uncomfortable but not debilitating (bruises, flesh wounds.) Check with me first if your character is trying to do something that would be long-term or permanent, like major broken bones or amputation.
Killing this character: I'd rather not!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: You can; he's very sensitive to telepathic intrusion due to a horrible childhood that prominently featured a megalomaniac telepath guardian. Although he doesn't have psychic powers himself, he is hyperaware of the symptoms of having them used on him, and will react negatively in most situations.
Telepaths can notice that he's operating at a fairly high baseline level of despair regardless of his external presentation; that he's paranoid and overly alert about his surroundings, usually making and revising judgments about everyone around him; and that he has noticeable psychic damage from past careless telepathic control and influence.
Warnings: Andrei's backstory involves child abuse, kidnapping, being controlled into hurting and killing others as a child, drug and alcohol abuse, incarceration, and persistent delusions. Most of it would only come up in very specific situations, but if there's anything you'd like me to avoid mentioning in threads with you or if you would prefer that I not tag you with this character, please let me know!
